I have been suffering from joint pain in my right knee for years! The only time I didn't suffer was after I had surgery (not for knee) and was in bed for several days. I've tried a knee brace,it helped for a while but would loosen itself and I'd just take it off and deal with my pain. I saw this #activelifecreme read about it and decided I'd give it a try!!

The Mint essential oil is what I think gives me a warming/cooling sensation not that burning sensation you get from other pain relief ointments. I've been using this for several days and my knee pain has gotten so much better,I even used this on my mom's back and she said her pain was better that first night. With that being said,I do keep this beside my bed and use it at night just before going to sleep,and when I wake in the morning my knee pain is better and I am more mobile.
